[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Return to Form Designer & can't find saved form to

I created a form and added it to my widget area. The sign-up form appears on my website. I need to edit the form, but when I return to Form Designer there is no “Form Tab” to locate the form for editing. Am I missing something?
