[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Installed update for this plugin and get this message:

  • I installed the latest plugin update and this happened…

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function constant_contact_create_object() in /home/jsgrap2/public_html/insurance/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/form-designer.php on line 42

    It’s made the site and the dashboard inaccessible. Called Constant Contact and they tell me it’s not a problem with their plugin; it’s WordPress???

    Was this a fresh installation or an upgrade?

    Was this on installation or activation?

    (Yes, it’s the plugin, not WordPress.)

    Please delete the plugin and try reinstalling it.

    It was an upgrade, and it was upon activation. (I know it’s not WordPress…what a cop-out on CC’s part. I was on hold with them for almost 1/2 hour, and they had no answer for me.) I have deleted it, but haven’t had the time yet to re-install. I will keep you posted.
