Plugin connected to bucket but downald doesn’t work

  • Hello,

    First of all, thanks for that plugin very easy to use and to setup, good job.

    I have a strange problem on my website. I can add the product link with the browser, and the browser is weel connected to my S3 bucket. Everything was working fine.

    But since one week when someone wants to download a product, it doesn’t work.

    I tried with a new user, they all have Amazon S3 all access, but nothing change. I still have acces to the bucket browser in the product details.

    Any idea where the problem can come from ?

    Hello there,

    Few days back Amazon S3 problem caused by command line mistake during maintenance. Could you please check error log file? Enable log from settings and try to download then mail me with those log contents ??

    Where can i find the log file ?

    i created a new user just for a try, still work in the admin panel I can browse my bucket and everything.

    But now in the shop the download link give ma an error page
