    Hi,
I have been using the MWB “Woocommerce Ultimate Gift Card” plugin for a few years now. Since last september I am getting (critical) error messages when I update Woocommerce orders statuses. Trying to solve this issue I deactivated the MWB plugin and the errors were gone. After activating the MWB plugin the errors were back again. I noticed I was using the 2.7.4 version of the plugin and updated to 2.7.10 version through Envato Market. That did not solve the problem. The error is still there after updating WC order statusses. And after deactivating the plugin the error is gone. It seems there is a extra bug now, I am getting an update ntofication for a new version of the MWB plugin version 2.7.3 ??? But i have installed 2.7.10 version. What could be the problem here and how to solve it? Hope fully someone can help me out.
Wordpress 5.8.2 and WC 6.0.0 are installed

  • Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

We have checked the issue from our side and there is no issue with the gift card plugin and also it is not conflicting with Woocommerce.

It seems that the issue is with any other third-party plugin please run a test by deactivating the plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin.

    Hi again,
Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried deactivating plugins on-by-one. My issue only occurs after activating the gift card plugin.
I have checked my debug.log and found the folowing: PHP Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /home/beleefsmnl/domains/beleef-smaak.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card/includes/woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card-class.php on line 1893
This notice is there for the exact amount of order statuses I did update ans at the same moment I performed that action.
Could this be the (pointer to) the culprit?
    Regards

I think I found the plugin conflicting with the gift card plugin. After deactivating every plugin except WC and the gift card plugin, and activating the plugins, my issues appeared again when I activated the WP-Optimize (version 3.2.1) plugin again. I again am getting the update notification for a new version of the MWB plugin version 2.7.3 while I have installed the 2.7.10 version. And the WP-optimize plugin is not showing any tables unless I deactivate the gift card plugin. Never had this problem before. Do not know where or how to look for a solution. Any suggestions?

I have removed the WP-optimize plugin. Everything seems to be working as it should.

    Hi,
The issue has unfortunately returned after updating WordPress (version 5.9). I have de-activated all plugins one by one. Everything seems to be working fine, but after activating the gift card plugin the issue reoccurs. ;-(
