The Plugin conflicts with Wooprice calculator plugin, it shuts down functions in the WooPrice calculator.
Had to disable the WP Go plugin.
When WP Go is active, i can not choose a new product in my calculator and attach it.

If you need more information just let me know.

So the problem occurs only in the backend, but makes my payed plugin worthless.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Well,
I am not michik1712, and i do use the base free plugin.
I guess you mixed up topics?

… it is monday morning, i’ll respect that. ??

    Hi @vanvlietwebdesign,

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

You are correct, Mondays tend to be the busiest support days so I humbly apologize. ??

What I meant to say was that the WooCommerce integration is a Pro feature and as such if you wouldn’t mind please get in touch with us directly via our website?

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide any support for our premium plugins on these forums.

You are welcome to address the ticket to me as I am always eager to assist.

I look forward to hearing from you!

I am not using your payed plugin.
Your free plugin makes my other payed plugin ( WooPrice calculator) worthless.
And stop marking it as solved when it is not.
Please read carerfully, i have the free plugin installed without any add on.

    Hi @vanvlietwebdesign,

    My sincerest apologies.

We would kindly need to take a closer look into this issue as you mentioned this is a backend issue.

If I could kindly ask you to please get in touch with us directly, one of our developers would be happy to go through a few steps in order to debug this issue further in order to to have this corrected as there is a few things we will need to take a look at such as the PHP error logs and so forth.

    Again, my sincerest apologies.

    Ok no worries thats fine.
    Where and how?
I wasn’t even using it. Just having it installed caused a conflict.

    Hi @vanvlietwebdesign,

If you kindly Google WP Go Maps, simply navigate to our Support page and kindly submit a ticket there.

This will then come instantly through to our support desk to an open developer. ??
