I have been using the plugin for a while with no issues, but I have just tried to add Stripe payment gateway and the WooPayments gaeway, to my site (As opposed to just Paypal). and I am having issues with the credit card fields not showing, or when they do show they are incredably thin and you cannot acces the fields.

I have gone through all the plugins to look for conflicts and found out that the checkout field editor is the one causing the issues. When I switch off the plugin the fields work fine.

Any help or insight on how to stop the conflict? I don’t want to have to find a new checkout fields plugin to be able to acept payments.

  • Thank you for getting in touch. We’ve looked into the details you provided. As per our latest evaluation, there doesn’t seem to be any known conflicts between our checkout field editor and the Stripe or Woo Payments gateway. We noticed you’re using our Pro plugin, and we’d be glad to offer further assistance through our Acowebs Support forum or chat platform in our website.
