Plugin conflicts with RT media.How to solve?

    Hello, thank you so much for the plugin. Unfortunately I have to delete it due to a conflict. After the standard deletion via WordPress, the plugin is not completely removed. How can I completely remove it?

    Hi,
    Thank you for trying it. The plugin is an alternative to RT Media and will not work together.

    We don’t have anything that stops it from removing. Please make sure to “Deactivate” and then “Delete” it.

    If you are able to delete other plugins, this should get deleted too. If the delete option is not working, it may be file system permission.

    The bet way in that case is to use a File manager to delete “mediapress” from wp-content/plugins directory.

    Alternatively, if you have web access to file system, you can navigate to your wp-content/plugins and delete “mediapress” from there.
