Plugin conflicts with email opt-in

Hi,

For some reason, when the plugin is active, the checkbox field in the email opt-in form looks deformed, and the box can’t be ticked.

Everything is ticked in the plugin options (except the options available for the premium version). Cache timeout is set to once a day, and I also connected Cloudflare to the plugin.

What do you think the issue could be?
