Plugin conflicts

With the latest OneSignal plugin update we are now having a conflict with our Jetpack stats not displaying and only a spinning wheel.
I have deactivate all plugin except Jetpack and determined the problem on occurs is the OneSignal plugin is activated.
I also reached out to our Theme support to look into if there was any conflict on the theme end and their testing determined all fine.
Is anyone else having an issue with jetpack stat while using the onesignal plug?
Is there a way to revert to the last version of the plugin?
Currently running on 2.4.0
