    Can you tell us which version of the SendGrid plugin did you used?
    And can you check if your credentials/settings on the SendGrid options page are correct?
    Are you able to send a test email from the SendGrid settings page (wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sendgrid-settings). Thanks!
