Plugin conflict with WP-PostRatings

When NextGEN Gallery is active the WP-PostRatings plugin does not work properly as you can see here (https://goo.gl/FPfPai) causing some code error, when NextGEN Gallery is turned off everything is ok with WP-PostRatings, please advice?
