• Since I updated to the wordpress 6.2 version, having the 2 official mailerlite plugins, forms and woo, every time I send a form to subscribe a user to a group, the woo integration works, putting the user in 2 groups at the same time, without carrying out any purchase process.

    Hello,

We are investigating the issue you reported, and we would like to get more details to help us better understand the issue you’re experiencing and reproduce it on our side, could you please provide details about your setup, specifically:

    1. Are you working with custom or embedded forms?
    2. Where is the form located exactly? Is it on the checkout page or some other page?

    Thank you,

I tried to create the forms in two ways, with ELEMENTOR PRO and with JETFORMBUILDER, both with the integration APIs correctly connected. I had installed the official plugins: “MailerLite – WooCommerce integration” and “MailerLite – Signup forms (official)” which just updated 3 days ago and it seems that it no longer includes the Woocommerce group when sending a normal form.

The integration with woo was automated at checkout without user action.

For now it seems to have been fixed. I will check other sites in case I detect the error and before updating you could review it.
