    Hi BoosterIO support team,

I’m using BoosterIO “Prices and Currencies by Country” in my website https://natugee.braderdesign.com/

I’m having problems with BoosterIO plugin as it is conflicting with my upsell plugin, the “WooCommerce One Click Upsel Funnel Pro” (plugin link – https://makewebbetter.com/product/woocommerce-one-click-upsell-funnel-pro/)

Via the BoosterIO plugin, module “Prices and Currencies by Country”, I have set custom price for product “Discovery Kit”. For Singapore IP customers, the price is in Singapore Dollar $ currency, which is $69, and for Malaysia IP customers, the price is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency, which is RM209 (refer Screenshot01 link – https://natugee.braderdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Screenshot01-1.png).

On the other hand, via “WooCommerce One Click Upsel Funnel Pro” plugin, I have set in Funnel #1 that the product price for product “Discovery Kit” will be discounted at 14.49%, so the discounted price should be $59 for Singapore IP customers and RM178.72 for Malaysia IP customers (refer Screenshot02 link – https://natugee.braderdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Screenshot02.png).

Unfortunately, in the upsell page, the price did not reflect the discount setting that has been made. The price only displays correctly for Singapore IP customers (refer Screenshot03 link – https://natugee.braderdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Screenshot03.png), but for Malaysia IP customers it shows RM209 (refer Screenshot04 link – https://natugee.braderdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Screenshot04.png), which is the wrong price for Malaysia IP customers because RM209 is the original price and not the discounted price set in the funnel setting.

It seems like the “WooCommerce One Click Upsel Funnel Pro” plugin is conflicting with Booster.io “WooCommerce Prices and Currencies by Country” plugin, as the “WooCommerce One Click Upsel Funnel Pro” plugin cannot override the price set by Booster.io “WooCommerce Prices and Currencies by Country” plugin.

I have asked my upsell plugin developer regarding this and they mentioned that BoosterIO are using the hook “woocommerce price” and “woocommerce price HTML”, so it is stopping the core woocommerce functionality from running, and overrides the core get_price and get_price_html function, hence the upsell plugin is not getting the correct price even after setting the offer price.

Can you please provide any solution for this? Perhaps there’s a setting to get it done or you can provide custom classes and function to be used in the upsell plugin?

Appreciate your expertise on this matter.

    Thank you.

  • Did you find a fix or workaround?

I’m having a very similar issue but with another plugin (Easy Woocommerce Discounts).

    Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner, it seems that the ticket was not automatically generated for this topic for some reason. I would recommend you to try clearing the page’s cache and try setting filter’s priority in the multi currency module settings page to a higher value.
