Plugin conflict with WooCommerce

I forgot to go over the trouble shooting. Best to disable each plug-in one by one until you figure which one it is.

So you have several different swatches for one product correct? Is the price going to change at all on any of these swatches? Either way make sure you add a price to each one.

I tend to not add gallery images on variable products only because that can confuse users to the site and in some themes cause a conflict.

I also make the featured image the default color swatch to be shown first as well.

Yes, correct that I have different swatches for one product as this comes in multiple fabric designs.

I can only remove images at the moment – not edit or change or add any. Even the top right hand tab that says screen options doesn’t work.

The stock levels and prices are all added and are correct.

It sounds as if a plugin might be conflicting. Can you try disabling them one at a time refresh the page then try and edit and keep doing this until you are able to. Then you’ll know which one it is.

If after all that you’re still unable to edit you may need to switch to a default theme to test.

Yes, as I mentioned in my opening topic, The conflict is between the WooCommerce and User Registration plugins.

I had previously posted through the User Registration plugin support forum and this was their reply….
“I understand that it could be because of the conflict but as you have stated that you are facing issues on the WooCommerce side then it would be better to contact WooCommerce regarding this.
We won’t be able to help you with this since we cannot check and debug the WooCommerce code for errors.
I also get the point that you have done a plugin conflict test. But again, we cannot tell which point in the code is being hit on the plugin especially on your site. WooCommerce might be able to debug it.
Please contact their support and let us know what they say. Maybe it could help.”

Can you paste a copy of your system report?

Goto WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report, copy it and paste it here using the code button. Hit code, then paste, then hit code button again. Remove the url from the report if you don’t want your site known.

Conflicts occurring from other plugins aren’t really supported here. It’s up to every plugin author to keep their plugins compatible with WooCommerce.

If the user registration plug-in isn’t up to date with the latest version of Woo that’s on the author to fix it. Or you could find another that is.

Is having two user registration plugins installed necessary?

What brought you to the conclusion that the conflict was the User Registration plugin?

Also, have you enabled debug at any time while you were looking for the issue? If not I’d suggest looking there. As well as check console while on that product page and see if or what the JS issue is stemming from.

Chances are there’s a Javascript issue there. Take another screenshot of that if you see something in console.

Thanks so much for help, and sorry it’s all a bit of a nuisance. I was a bit surprised by the feedback from WP Everest but I don’t know enough about how plugins all operate with each other so as they suggested to try the Woocommerce end I had to turn to you.

The main reason was I wanted a nicer looking, more custom branded registration and login option for customers and I dont know how to do that with the standard WooCommerce one so if there’s some way to do that I’d like to know. I don’t wish to pay for an extra plugin that causes more problems.

I worked out that it is this conflict as when the User Registration plugin was disabled everything worked fine.

When it comes to the debug process you mentioned, how would I do this? Sorry, I’m not real code savvy.
