Just noticed this issue. It seems that the plugin “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” v1.9.82.1 is conflicting with “Popup Maker” v1.16.2 …

When attempting to edit a popup, the Popup Settings box is empty except for this:

If you are seeing this, the page is still loading or there are Javascript errors on this page. View troubleshooting guide

I tried on a test site with same theme and all same plugins, and found S&SD plugin was the one that made this section stop working. I’m not sure what the issue is, as there is no related JS errors in console.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi Bel, thank you yes, I have received response in the support ticket. I opened topic here just in case anyone else ran into the same issue, might help them save some time/effort troubleshooting.

    Hello @paulieweb

You are welcome. On the other hand, we received a similar report and I have performed the debugging process on the site. It appears that when Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP is deactivated, the popup settings are working.

It did not indicate what is the error on the third-party plugin and causes the popup settings not to work. I would suggest checking the error log on the server. It doesn’t also have an error on the error log of Popup Maker which can be found in the Popup Maker Tools.

    I hope that helps.

Thanks Bel. I created a support topic on their WP page, and they’ve recreated the issue and added as a bug to fix in a coming update.
