• Hi,

When our users reported that they cannot remove left/right sidebars anymore, we are not sure if this was caused by the theme upgrade or the plugins. After we verify with theme vendor and check the plugin one by one, we found out that your plugin is the root cause of the conflict. Users are able to manage the left/right sidebars after I disabled DW Question & Answer plugin.

Do other customers report the same issue? We cannot deactivate your plugin as we already have a lot of questions and answers posted. Is there anyway to fix this issue? Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi mate,

Can you please send us your site URL or some the screenshots for further checking?

    Hi,

I am not able to provide you the URL as this is our Intranet site. The issue is pretty simple. When I enable your plugin, we are not able to select the page layout (Default Layout/Left Sidebar/Right Sidebar/Full Width) when editing the page. It always shows Left Sidebar layout.

Some of the pages need to be with full width. We are able to use full width layout when disabling your plugin. However, when we enable it, the page becomes left sidebar layout again. There is no error message when viewing the console. I wonder if the plugin conflicts with our theme? Thanks!

At the moment the plugin has an individual template and you only use layout option for question list page and question submit page. As to others pages of DW Q&A such as single, archive, you cannot apply this feature.
