I’ve used Elementor to build my entire website, and need to use the LearnPress plugin to build an online course within it (note that it is not important to me whether or not Elementor is used to build the course pages).

However, I am getting a “grey screen of death” when I try and open the individual lessons of the course (see link). I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling plugins and the only way of resolving the issue is to disable the Elementor plugin. However, that renders the rest of my website a horrible mess.

Does anyone have a solution, either for fixing Elementor so there is no longer a conflict with LearnPress, or for specifically disabling the Elementor plugin on the online course pages? I’m a bit of a novice with debugging stuff so not an expert with this!

  • I don’t have a good answer for you, sorry. But I think checking with LearnPress would also be a good idea. They may have an answer as well. Someone here might chime in, but just in case no one here has an answer, it wouldn’t hurt to check with LP as well.

Thanks! I’ve managed to get around the issue by installing another plugin which selectively disables Elementor on the relevant pages, but it’s not exactly the ideal solution!
