    I can’t replicate this with EDD 1.8.3, bbPress 2.4 and EDD Hide Download. The topic text displays just fine.

    Are you able to give me admin access to a dev server where I can see this happening? You can send me a login at [email protected]

    Yeah I’m having this same issue. Kinda a bummer. It’s very easily replicable.

    Activate the plugin, and make a new topic. You’ll find that the topic is missing.

    Deactivate the plugin, and make a new topic. The topic is now there.

    Thanks Nick, I’ll take another look. Couldn’t replicate the last time I tried

    ya no worries! i know what a pain that is.

    i’m running 3.9, latest EDD, latest bbPress

    *edit* actually this is on 3.8.2 as well

    *edit 2 – easily fixed with this
    if ( ! $query->is_single && !is_bbpress() )

    Just pushed out a fix with your extra conditional for bbPress. Let me know if something’s still not right. Thanks Nick

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_bbpress() in …/plugins/edd-hide-download/edd-hide-download.php on line 326

    Sumobi we’re good to go on that. Alex, I’d make sure your BB Press is up to date.

    I don’t use BB Press. That’s why I have this error.
    And my website was completely down after the last update.

    Alex, can you double check that you’re running the very latest version (1.2.2)? I released an update shortly after 1.2.1 to fix that fatal error after realizing my mistake. Sorry about that.
