• Hi,
I have a setup using your composite plugin with settings Pricing =>”Exclude base rate” and Shipping Fee=>”Apply to the whole composite”.

Then, in the cart/checkout, the cart line total is $0 for the composite product, and the component prices are faded out

However, I am using a Table Rate Shipping plugin that uses that zeroed-out line total in it’s calculations and so thinks that the order is $0. It uses that line total to make correct calculations for other things too.

Would it be possible for your plugin to have that line total to display the full correct price instead? Then I think that will resolve the compatibility issue.

    Best regards,
    MBV

    Hi @mbv,

In this case, please contact us via this page provide a link to your product if you have published it & screenshots to describe the settings in the back-end so that our developers can have a look at the issue in the front-end. Information about other WooCommerce plugins you’re using and the theme might be useful, too. Please note that they might need you to provide further information in order to solve it.

    Best regards.

Thanks, I’ve just sent an email with all the details and look forward to hearing back again.

I got an initial response from support dev looking into the issue but radio silence for over two weeks now.

It would be nice if I could get an acknowledgement or reply of any sort, as this lack of response for over 2 weeks makes me think they are not even paying any attention any more.

I understand devs are busy and that it may be a big issue that may take a while to fix.

But it takes less than a minute to reply, “Working on it,” or something like that. This radio silence is not cool, man.
