plugin conflict – now widgets dont work in admin

Hi,
I tried to add a plugin that conflicted with another one (both tried to define the same function. I had to use FTP to delet one of the plugins since I wasn’t even able to log on to the admin page. After that I used the wp-admin link to delete the second plugin as well.

However, now I cannot drag or drop or customize or add or remove widgets at all. Does anyone know what else could have gone wrong? Thanks.
