Plugin conflict / http 500 error
-
A conflict was just introduced after a recent plugin update. The conflict is with Subscribe2.
Subscribe2 is a plugin that allows users to subscribe to our blogroll via email.I’m running:
The Events Calendar 4.2.1
The Events Calendar PRO 4.2.1
The Events Calendar: Community Events 4.2.1
Subscribe2 version 10.21Our site is https://www.acadiarec.com
When I activate subscribe2, the events calendar page does not display anything beyond the header. No calendar is displayed. When I try to load a page for a specific event, I get an ‘http 500 error’.
I tried saving permalinks as per suggested here https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/http-500-error/
I also tried the .htaccess reset.
Currently, I’m leaving subscribe2 disabled so that the calendar appears, but is only a temporary measure. Email subscriptions are a vital part of the success of our site.
Thanks,
Blair
