    Good day,

When I am on the Woocommerce >> Orders page and I select an order to go into – I then want to click the hyperlink of the product to view what the person has purchased. I receive an error 500 page.

Please see this video – https://www.loom.com/share/0140895c84084c66aca3725600de0bfa.

I logged the error with woocommerce (see post here) and proceeded to take their advice of troubleshooting to disable and enable each plugin on my list to replicate the issue when I enable it. I can confirm that it is indeed Yoast SEO that caused the error 500 issue to be replicated as I activated the plugin.

Please advise how you can resolve this for me.

    Thanks,
    PicFlick

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our plugin. We totally understand how that could be frustrating for you. Let’s see what’s going on here.

Can you please confirm whether you are running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Yoast SEO plugins as well? If yes and the issue persists, can you please reach out to your web hosting provider and ask them to share the server error so with us so that we can take a look at it and find out the exact error that’s causing the issue?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Absolutely! Please can you explain how I may share the server error with you… What can I obtain, where, and how would you like me to share it

    Thanks, PicFlick

The server error log would be a simple .txt file that you can simply copy and paste here or upload to somewhere (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox) and share the relevant file link here with us so that we can take a look at it.
