When you click on the listed URL and scroll down, you will be able to search through the various resources using the filters on the left hand side. However, if you scroll back up to the top and select one of the languages in the top right hand corner other than English, both the resources and the options for the different filters disappear. To make things even more strange, they appear when you click on the “Reset Filters” button.

I noticed that when deactivating The Events Calendar plugin resolves the issue, but I cannot remove the plugin from the site as we regularly publish events. For further reference, we use the FacetWP plugin for sorting/filtering the resource and TranslatePress for translation.

    Can someone kindly assist?

    Hi @riseandshane

I’m sorry that you’re having this issue. Let me help you with this one.

There could be a plugin/theme conflict on your end. Could you try activating only our plugins, FacetWP, TranslatePress, and a default theme (twenty-twenty theme), and check if that makes a difference??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server. Moreover, please ensure that you have the latest version of the plugin.

If that doesn’t help, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • FacetWP
    • TranslatePress
    • Theme

Hey @d0153 thanks for reaching out. I deactivated all but the necessary plugins and they’re now showing up on my end even with The Events Calendar activated. I will perform additional tests to determine where the conflict is coming from.
