I have a WordPress website running on this domain monkeywasi.com

There seems to be a conflict between Forminator Version 1.28.1 and Mapster WP Maps Version 1.2.39

Using both plugins at the same time my maps do not load.

If I disable the Forminator plugin the maps work.

If I disable the Forminator forms I have on a particular page the maps work.

This is a test page I set up https://monkeywasi.com/maps-test/

I have another WordPress websites running on this domain chacraraju.com using exactly the same versions of WordPress, Divi, Mapster, and Forminator… basically all of the same plugins on both sites, and everything works perfectly.

I’ve tried everything I can think of… Reinstalling both plugins, deleting the data for forminator, and re-importing the form, importing forms that I know work on the other domains, creating new forms, etc. …but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Versions of WordPress, themes, and plugins I’m using…

    WordPress Version: 6.4.2

    Divi?theme Version: 4.24.0

    Mapster WP Maps Version 1.2.39

    Forminator Version 1.28.1

    Hi @rana-rene,

Do you have Cloudflare Turnstile enabled via any plugin or within the Cloudflare side?

Possible to temporarily disable it and see how the page behaves? I could notice a lot of console errors on the mentioned page regarding Turnstile, so would like to see how it behaves on your website.

If the issue is still the same even after that then please do provide the form export, so that we could have a better idea regarding the issues noticed.

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Nithin,
Yes… “Simple Cloudflare Turnstile” was installed and active. I’m sure I tested with this plugin disabled as well, and not sure why I didn’t see the results I’m seeing now, when I do turn it off.

At first, I thought maybe it was because the Cloudflair account, along with the Turnstile keys had been disabled. But reenabling the account and using a new set of keys didn’t fix the problem. So I’ve submitted a support ticket at Simple Cloudflare Turnstile, to see if they have any idea what may be going on.

Thanks for your help, and your time.

    Hi @rana-rene,

I would assume after disabling it, the page is loading fine. Sure, please do let us know how what they have to say, so that we could check further if needed.

    Nithin,

How would I go about embedding Cloudflair on Forminator forms… without using any plugins? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Simple Cloudflare Turnstile seems to be “unsupported”. No Answer for them.

Nithin, While I would still be interested in implementing Turnstile for Forminator forms without using a plugin… FYI, I just installed “Easy Cloudflare Turnstile”, which seems considerably more professional, and eliminated the problems above.
