Plugin conflict

  • Hello, I am using Dokan and Dokan Pro for my vendors to load their own products. When your plugin is enabled, there is a plugin conflict with Dokan Pro and vendor trying to create a new product on mobile. When they try to create custom product attributes they cannot assign a name to this custom attribute. It works when your plugin is deactivated. I however need your plugin for shop filters. Please advise?

    Hello,

    We do not have any idea what exactly can cause this issue.
    The only way to investigate it on your site. It can be some JavaScript error on page that cause issue.
    Please check browser developer console on page where you have issue after trying to assign a name to custom attribute.

    Also check PHP error log and WordPress debug log.
