Plugin Conflict

  • Hello Support,

    I have your plugin free version 2.2.72 installed. There is currently a conflict with WP Maps by flippercode free version 4.4.5. The page linked is where your accordion is used.

    For each church, a map was embedded using a short code. The churches are grouped in parish headers. With the maps plugin active, the accordion opens with all panels extended and cannot be closed. In addition, The links for email and redirect to a website link show as a link but do not respond when clicked. When I disable the maps plugin all functions work normally. However, all other pages where the map plugin is used still work normally. The only affected page is your accordions.

    How do I fix this?

    We just released a new version, 2.2.74. Please update your plugin to the latest version and give it a try.

    I use WP Optimize to handle cache and minify. However, I did clear all caches and set the page not to cache when I first noted the issue so I could troubleshoot. I also cleared all caches after the update you put out.

    This sis still not functioning correctly. I just updated to version 2.2.77 and all the styles vanished but the fault with the accordion persists.

    I updated the plugin to the new version 2.2.85 but it broke the maps in the accordions. Other maps on the website continue to function normally.

    I reverted to version 2.2.83 to fix this.

    I am using the latest version of the plugin, but the problem is still here.

    I do note that changing the option from accordions to tabs allows the links to be clickable. Changing back to accordions disables these options. In tabs mode, clicking on a heading loads all contents for that tab only. Changing back to accordions, all accordions are open with contents displayed and your are not able to close them.
