The options in the drop-down selectors (Departments, Products and Priority) disappear when I’m also using the plugin User Access Manager. Since this issue has been reported to you before and there is nothing like this reported with the other plugins, I’m looking to you to help solve this conflict. I greatly appreciate your help.

  • Hi @outdoorsmen

Thank you for reporting this issue, I will investigate. while I investigate, let’s see if you might be running into conflicts with your theme or another plugin. The fastest way to find out for sure is to start by temporarily switching your theme to one of the basic WP themes (e.g.2015/16/17/19/20). Then, if the issue still keeps happening, try turning off other plugins one by one until the problem disappears. The last one that you turned off before the problem is fixed is the one conflicting. Let me know if that works.

    Regards.

This is exactly how I determined the plugin where there was a conflict. The User Access Manager is a must have for this particular website. Your plugin is very well done. You offer great features and I hope your add-ons are made with the same detail and quality. I suspect this is a simple fix and can’t wait for the next update.

    Thank You

    Hi @outdoorsmen,

Could you share me some screenshots of where the issue is and the URL of the site? Does it happen in the back end or in the front end? I activated both plugins on PHP 7.4 version and I could see the drop-down on the ticket submission page in the front end so I would need to further investigate.

    Thanks.

This happens on the front end. When you click on the drop-down all you get is the word select with no options.

    Hi @outdoorsmen,

Thanks for the clarification. I was able to replicate the issue. I assigned this case to a developer and let you know once fixed.

    Thanks.
