Plugin conflict

Hi, I absolutely love your plugin and have been looking for something like this for ages. It was really easy to set up and was working exactly how I wanted it to. However, I realised that it was causing a conflict with my page layout in the footer area, even though the puzzle wasn’t near it. As soon as I deactivated the plugin the layout was fine again. Is there anything I can do to get round that?
