    It appears there are some conflict issues with mailpoet 3 and form maker pro. The issue is if mailpoet 3 is activated it hinders the form maker pro to send completed forms to multiple emails.

    I have spoken to form maker pro and they recommend I share this issue with you to understand why it happens.
