Plugin Conflict

    Appears there may be a conflict with Fancy Product Designer. The Product Builder tool will not load in images from Media Library. What’s worse, if I have both plugins activated, site works fine for few minutes then everything (frontend & backend) just hangs and will not load. Any thoughts for possible solutions or workarounds? Love your plugin and hope to get it working. ?? FYI, only tested in Stateless mode.

  • @mase2005 We’d be happy to work with you to make stateless compatible with Fancy Products Designer. With the number of plugins/extensions out there its tough to build compatibility with everything out of the box.

    Obviously building the compatibility will have a cost tied to it, but we are 100% open to making this work for you. Let me know if we can be helpful.

    @mase2005 Please try CDN mode. In Stateless mode local files are deleted so that could cause the problem.

    Thanks guys. It appears there were some corrupted files in the media library and/or database causing the issue. Cleaning out both and reloading my images fixed the issue.
