Plugin conflict

    Hello,

    We are trying to make a user to choose their role while registration using the article here.

    The above code was added the select field in registration form, but when i try to register it’s through warning message as bellow.

    I couldn’t find Email Subscribers form on your site. Perhaps you have removed it?

    Not yet my friend if adding the adding that code in function.php the error came again.

    So now we have removed that code (i have shared the link that contain the custom code)

    The error you are getting is coming from the Sync functionality of Email Subscribers. Have you turned off the sync setting?
    Which version of Email Subscribers you are using as of now?

    Email Subscribers version 3.5.1.

    Where can i found the sync setting in email subscriber. Seems i can’t found that setting in admin plugin settings.

    Email Subscribers -> Subscribers -> Sync
    Is it on or off?

    In there option “Sync newly registered users to subscribers list ” is turned on.

    and the other option “Select group to add newly registered users to” is not selected.

    If you don’t want to sync, then please turn off that setting.
    Else please select group and click on save.

    Let us know if it works after that.

    Sorry! it’s not on its NO

    Also following error displaying in plugin sync page

    1. Open your database & then go to <prefix>options table
    2. Search for the row having option_name as ig_es_sync_wp_users
    3. Delete that row if found

    Then have a check if it works. Let us know.
    Adding are you on single or multi site?

    Yet we have dropped that custom function. So now no error in admin and i will mark this ticket to resolved. I will get back to you if the error present if we make same thing.
