    Hi,

We are using Woocommerce along with Partial.ly (for installment plans) – the problem lies on a conflict that cause all our automation processes for Partial.ly to stop.

We were able to isolate the conflict with Woo Custom Emails per Product. The error we’re getting is this:

CRITICAL Cannot redeclare woo_custom_emails_output_message() (previously declared in /nas/content/live/creschooldev/wp-content/plugins/woo-custom-emails-per-product/includes/class-woo-custom-emails-output.php:50)

Could anyone please assist us on what can be a fix for this? We both need Partial.ly and Woo Custom Emails per Product to work on our site. ??

    Thanks so much!

    Hi anidem,

    Thanks for letting me know.

I believe this is happening under some other use cases as well, so I’m in the process of working on a fix for this now. I will release the next version as soon as it’s ready.

    Thanks!

    Hi alexmustin,

Thank you so much for your prompt response! We really appreciate the effort you’re putting on to this plugin. Its EXTEREMELY useful for a lot of people. I don’t want to sound pushy but I just want to ask for a ballpark figure on the timeline as to when do you think will the next version be released?

    Thank you so much!!

I think I may have fixed the issue, but I can’t replicate it on my end using a fresh install of WordPress, WooCommerce and this plugin.

Can you please try the following:

    1. Navigate to the folder:
      /wp-content/plugins/woo-custom-emails-per-product/includes/
    2. Make a backup copy of the file: class-woo-custom-emails-output.php
    3. Open the file in a text editor: class-woo-custom-emails-output.php
    4. Replace all the code in that file with the code from here:
      https://gist.github.com/alexmustin/e805847c9129f48903b914301f730271
    5. Save the file and upload to your site. See if the problem persists or if it appears to have gone away.
    6. Let me know the results in this thread.

    Thanks!
