[Plugin: Configure SMTP] e-mail not being sent from subsites

    I have network activated this plugin and then try to create a user from a subsite to which it indicates that an e-mail was sent to the user for verification but the user never gets the verification e-mail so this locks up thier e-mail from being added again unless it is from a Super Admin.

    When the same user is created on the the top site, the e-mail does reach the user but then you have to go back in and add the user to the correct subsite.
