    After installing this plugin, I initially went to configure it. The interface seemed to work well until I tried to upload an image. After uploading an image, I was given an acknowledgement that the image was uploaded successfully. But then the configuration menu became stuck in the image upload state, where there appears to be two table headers for images that were uploaded but the tables are empty. It allows me to keep uploading images, and gives me successful acknowledgements, but does not allow me back to the previous setting menu.

    I uninstalled the plugin, deleted the files, and then reinstalled the plugin and ran into the same issue.

    Help please!!!

    Not a problem Maeve, I live to help others ??

    Is there a url where we can go and download the fixed plugin?

    For what it is worth I also had this issue and in my case it was caused by setting the logo slider width to be 100 or below. I’m not sure if that cascades and eventually ends up in a 0 or negative width somewhere in the image_resize function, but when I increased it to even 101 it stopped throwing errors and worked perfect for me.

    (I did have to delete the old images though and re-upload)

    Please give us an update as soon as you can. We have an issue about 1 month now and it’s really frustrating not to have a solution for so long.

    I personally use this plugin in 2 websites i developed for customers and now i don’t know what to do (the last solution is to buy a premium plugin).

    I think that it’s really unprofessional not to notify us about these kind of problems the plugin has, the wordpress community doesn’t work like this.

    Hope you have the answer to our problem as soon as possible.

    Ok guys please update to newly released v1.2 which includes a fix for this configuration menu issue. Thanks a heap to Grant Kimball above for identifying this error and providing a fix.

    @robyroby
    I understand it’s frustrating when something is not working but please understand that most developers in the WordPress community such as myself devote a great deal of time to projects like this on a purely voluntary basis. Developing, maintaining and supporting a plugin can be extremely time consuming. Most of us have full time jobs, families, a life outside of WordPres…etc, so it is not always possible to push out a fix instantly. Please may I ask you to respect the contribution of others, and be patient and polite on the forums. Thanks ??

    Maeve, good job! I will check it out when I get back to my desktop.

    Thanks for the fix, and ignore the ignorant folks out there;)

    Hi Maeve,

    I still am not able to view the menu after upgrading the plugin, could you give me some insight as to how I could get this fixed?

    @maeve Lander Still not working… ??

    I know that tha plugin is free and you gain nothing on money, but at least say it in the info that you don’t have the time to update it immediately if any problem occur. Thx for your time and i really apreciate what you are doing but please keep it professional! ??

    Hi,

    I have been using WP 3.4.2, and LogoSlider v1.1 on my dev area and its been working fine. I had to apply it to the live site yesterday and I have noticed that the plugin is now version 1.3 and this does not seem to work with WP 3.4.2. So I have unistalled it and uploaded a zip version of LogoSlider v1.1. It fails to upload images and fails to display anything other than the upload field, table header and footer.

    The error that is displaying is

    Warning: basename() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/cs/aw/av/csawaverley.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/logo-slider/logo-slider.php on line 167

    Is there any reason that the plugin doesnt work with previous versions of WP now?
