  • Hello @oksanaromaniv:

We get asked this question from time to time.

Here is a reprint of a post generated by our lead product developer (@danieliser) that speaks directly to the issue:

The Popup Maker plugin has been PHP 7 compatible from the very first day it was released. About 37% of all Popup Maker users run their version of the software on PHP 7+ servers. Every server running in-house to operate our digital store, demo site, etc. runs on PHP 7+.

Your webhost probably has a scanner that detected one or more old PHP functions (invalid in PHP 7+) in a file that won’t ever get loaded unless the customer was running an older PHP version. Popup Maker still has backward compatible code that will load when needed, but not on your site.

The scanner result is likely a false positive. You can disregard the warnings.”
