FYI, your support ticket form is not working:
    https://gyazo.com/15b7dbec8e4cc6985ff4f6170954c756

It keeps saying “User registration was disabled”, but I can’t submit without creating an account.

    Here is the message:

    Hello!

It didn’t correct itself until I deactivated?PB SEO Friendly Images. Currently, I have it deactivated, but I thought you guys would like to know. I’ll be in contact the developers of PB as well.

  • Hi @freshykarina,

Sorry to say that currently, a new user registering is disabled in https://www.shapedplugin.com.
We check and give support to users here regularly. It helps to grow the WordPress Community.

We have seen your screenshots. In this case, SEO friendly image means using alt and title attributes in the img tag. You can get alt and title attributes easily with the WordPress Carousel plugin. As the PB SEO Friendly images plugin does the same deed, it might restrict the WordPress Carousel from working correctly.

The WordPress Carousel has the feature to make your images SEO Friendly with alt and title attributes. To do so- you will find some fields such as URL, Title, Caption, Alt Text, Description while creating the gallery or by editing existing one for a carousel. Simply fill these fields with the words that describe best the images and create the carousel as usual. Then do an SEO test and let us know.

We have seen a nice carousel in your site with the WordPress Carousel. ??

Hope the issue will be resolved.
Feel free to ask us, we feel happy to help users.

    Best Regards,

Thanks Uzzal! We ended up just using a different plugin for the images (it makes it easier to add the titles and alt tags, more automated/time-efficient for bigger sites.)

    Glad to know that.
However, our developer team is working hard to give it a better look. They have been changing its UI/front-end look. They are also appending a lot of features like image carousel, video carousel, content carousel, product carousel, and post carousel only on one plugin. Hopeful to release the plugin within this month.

Thank you for having a look at our plugin.

Also, want to add that every image has its own words to add in alt and title attributes. If there have common words for all image then it’s a different matter. Otherwise, the system of WordPress Carousel to add these attributes to the individual image is easy enough.

    Thanks again.
