Plugin compatibility to Browsers

Is the Grand Flagallery plug in compatible with IE, Firefox AND Chrome. The gallery does not appear when I use IE, and when others have checked it is very slow to load the images? Other browsers can be slow to load the images, however IE is the worst. Please advise if it is compatible with all and if there are any suggestions you may have to rectify this problem if it is not a common one I am experiencing. Thankyou.
