• Hi,

there was a similar question a while ago but no solution.

I’m using the ‘Request a quote’ Plugin with ‘Hide add to card’ enabled and would like to use product add ons. As long as the ‘Add to card’ is disabled, no additional option is displayed on the product page. It is, when the ‘Hide add to card’ is disabled. What is the solution for using both?

    Other question, same setup:
The option price is not calculated and in the quote there is only the base price of the product without the additional option price or info. If I add the product to the card, all info is available in the checkout card, price and selected options.

Currently I’m using the demo version, maybe it’s a limitation of this? But before I purchase the plugins I would like to know if the
these plugins work together at all?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    1. The addons use the “add to cart” button hook to be printed, so if you hide the button, hide the options as well.

    2. Regarding the second problem, can you send us a screenshot of the add-ons and options configuration?
Make sure you have completed all the lebel options.

    Hi,

As there was no answer for more than a week here I used the pre-sales chat from your web site. There I was told that this is a limitation of the free version and with the pro versions all should work.
    Can you confirm this?

    Thanks
    Thorsten

    Hi,

If you mean compatibility and integration between the two plugins, yes, it is guaranteed for premium products.
