    Hi!

I notice on this page that Tutor LMS is listed as having a compatibility issue with this plugin, and I do indeed reproduce that issue.

However, unlike most of the other issues, there doesn’t seem be any mention of a workaround?

Is there no known setting in Tutor LMS that can be switched off, or no known snippet that can be used, to make them compatible?

It’s a shame as I was planning on using this plugin with an add-on or two. However, Tutor LMS is already too baked into my site for me to consider replacing it.

    Hello,
No unfortunately you would need to debug the issue to find where the problem comes from and if you find out that the root of the issue is a general error in one of the plugins’ code, you can suggest a general fix to the appropriate author.

If it can help, it appears to be a javascript conflict, and this method can allow you to identify the file in conflict :
    – Use Google Chrome and install AdBlock plus.
    – Then, go to the “Adblock plus” tab in the console, filter by “Show “all” items of “SCRIPT” type”, and reload the page.
    – Then, deactivate all the scripts that are not loaded by WP (/wp-includes/js/…) or Booking Activities (/wp-content/plugins/booking-activities/js/…).
    – If it works, reload the page between each reactivation until you find the one that causes troubles.

    Hi,

Thank you for the quick reply!

I had already figured out using the Asset CleanUp plugin that the conflicting file was tutor-front.js.

However, in my rush to ask you for help, I seem to have forgotten that I can use that very same plugin to unload tutor-front.js only on the page that contains my calendar. I believe that’s done the trick!

    Thanks again!

I have a completely separate question if you don’t mind!

When I toggle “trim empty days” for the following calendar, nothing happens (in fact, you can see it toggle back to off after I press OK).

Is there any obvious reason as to why that would be happening?

    Thanks!

Edit: I think I figured out the answer to the above, so please ignore!

Instead, I have a different question if you don’t mind, my apologies!

How does one switch these dates in the week view to be in the form date/month rather than month/date?

I’m struggling to find the setting in either the free version or the display pack add on.

I thought that changing the “Calendar localization” setting to “Based on more WP settings” might do it but, as it says, it affects the time format but not the date format.

Thanks again, I promise that’s my last question!

    No problem ??

The issue with the calendar settigns not saving may be due to a conflict with another plugin / theme too (FAQ “Booking Activities doesn’t work as it should”). You might also want to disable Object Cache tools if you are using any, and update Booking Activities and its add-ons to their latest versions.

In order to change the date format in the calendar columns header, you need to change your site language to a locale using the desired format.
Go to Settings > General > set “Site language” to “English (UK)” instead of “English (United States)” (for example)
