Plugin Compatibility : Business Directory Plugin

I’m having issues with compatibility with Customizr and the “Business Directory Plugin”. I already contacted the plugin support and after some testing it was determined the issue is with the theme somewhere. When I submit a listing in the directory, I get a confirmation page. If I try to submit another listing again, I am redirected to the confirmation page of the last submission. It doesn’t let anyone submit back to back listings. You have to clear your cache to do so each time.

I tested the submission on 2013 and 2015 default themes and it worked fine. Please let me know what in this theme could be causing this.
