    Hello,

WOOCS is not fully compatible with WooRewards.
    What works is :
    – Give a different amount of points depending on the currency
    – The coupons rewards
    What doesn’t work is :
    – Direct usage of points on cart

The reason for this is that WOOCS isn’t fully compatible with WooCommerce. WooCommerce handles 2 types of coupons, standard (the ones with a coupon code) and virtual (generated on the fly) ones. WOOCS only handles the first one for multi-currencies.
We can’t add compatibility code on our side because it’s directly related to WooCommerce and not WooRewards.

However, if you want to contact WOOCS authors about this, you can tell them that they shouldn’t hook when the coupon is generated but when it is applied to the cart.
The other solution is to use a different multi-currency plugin (other popular ones work) or a different loyalty plugin.

    hi there,

what is your recommended multi-currency plugin which is 100% compatible with WooRewards? As I’m planning to change the plugin. Thanks.

    Hello,

You can use “Multi Currency for WooCommerce” by VillaTheme.
It’s been fully tested with WooRewards and is 100% compatible.

We didn’t test these plugins but it should be ok with most plugins.
Anyway, you can test WooRewards for free for 1 month, it will give you plenty of time to test it with various multi-currency plugins.
