Plugin compatibility

  • Hi, my site is built on the site Builder “Elementor”. It supports short codes. But as soon as I set up Books & Papers, the site was empty, the pages turned white.I was forced to deactivate your plugin. I wouldn’t want to give up your unique plugin. Can you make the plugin compatible with “Elementоr”?

    Thank you for your feedback. Would you like to specify what version of Elementor and what Elementor plugins do you use?

    The site has the following plugins:
    “Elementor” Version 2.8.3,
    “Granular Control Elementor” Version 1.0.5

    I use a self-hosted wordpress and just installed your plugin. It works great, but it appears to have a conflict — when I open media library, nothing loads. After I deactivate Books & Papers, the media library works instantly again.

    I have WordPress 5.4.2. Any other information helpful?

    thank you for your feedback! I cannot reproduce this issue. Would you like to provide step-by-step details? Do you open media library from Dashboard or by button in the post editor? Also, if you would provide details from browser console during loading Media Library, it would be also very helpful. You can find our contacts in the previous reply for any data which is not appropriate for the forum.

    Sure, thanks for your reply. If I enable the plug-in and then go to media library from either dashboard OR in the post editor, it won’t load. The ‘loading circle’ just keeps spinning. When I disable the plug-in, it’s fine.

    In the console, I see ‘502 bad gateway’, and I wonder if it is related to WP-Security plug-in that changes my wp-login page to a different URL?

    The console output shows the same error coming up over time, referencing my site’s /wp-login/admin-ajax.php:

    POST https://website.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true 502 (Bad Gateway)

    website.com is my website
