[Plugin: Comment-Images] Invalid image warning

  • On viewing a page with the comments form, before any data has been entered or submitted, the following error is shown:

    Heads up! You are attempting to upload an invalid image. If saved, this image will not display with your comment.

    The same warning is shown on IE, Chrome and FF.

    On attempting to upload an image and submit a comment, the comment is received but with no image attached.

    There is no incompatibility warning on the dashboard. The issue remains when using the Twenty Eleven theme.

    How can I resolve this issue?
