[Plugin: Collapsing Categories] Article from May 10, 2012 mentions CC has hidden link

I see in the change log a spammy link was removed in November 2011 from Collapsing Categories. I came across this article from May 10, 2012 mentioning plugins with hidden links and Collapsing Categories was in the their list-
