[Plugin: Collapsing Archives] Update to 2.0 breaks plugin

When I updated the plugin from 1.3.2 to 2.0, the collapse archive no longer expanded dates, even if you clicked on the link. Another issue was that I could not get to the options and settings page as admin. Not sure what is going on, but I reverted back to 1.3.2. Here it is working:
