[Plugin: Collapsing Archives] Archive month not expanding when clicked

The behaviour of the plugin is erratic. Sometimes it expands the month when clicked, sometimes it doesn’t. It might also be conflict with my cache: w3tc combined with amazon CDN. The problem seems especially acute with Internet explorer (newest) unless I am imagining things.
