[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] Breaks Post Count

  • Hi,

    I really need this plugin to work; I run – amongst other things – a webpage that features one entry for every episode of a podcast; and I would like every post to be attributed to all people who were in that episode. As this changes from episode to episode, this plugin would be a great help.

    However, the addon seems to break everything that has to do with WordPress Post Counts. Any addon that I have with any reference to the_author_posts() breaks and only shows the amount of posts assigned to the (co-)author after the plugin was installed. With 500+ previous posts to go through, this doesn’t work for me at all.

    Nothing? Please help; this is beginning to be quite a deal-breaker for me, as no other plugin does what I am looking for in the way that this plugin does, but the fact that it breaks other functionality forces me not to use it.
