[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] Using Tree Page view

I am a complete beginner with WordPress and php. I have built a very small website with a menu of 4 items. I installed this plugin because what I need is to have different links on different pages – ie a tree structure. However I cannot understand if I add a page in tree view either inside or after, when I view the page there is no link to the new page. I still have the 4 menu items and the content of the page.
I have successfully used it to modify the order of the main menu.
Can you point out what I should be doing that I am not!
