[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] tips

  • Congratulations about the plugins!

    I have 3 tips that you may look for to implement in future releases of CMS Tree Page View plugin

    1. Drag&drop page, then click a “Confirmation” button
    When having a lot of pages, sub-pages, sub-sub-pages and you accidentally move a page wrongly it is creepy. It would be more relaxing allowing to move pages and when being sure moves are correct, user clicks a confirmation button to proceed the change.

    2. Hide option
    Besides Edit | View there could be an option called “hide” where it would hide that page in wp_nav_menu. Could being keep shown in the tree but for example in gray color.

    3. Alternate background colors for blocks.
    Like in pageMash, you may have alternate background colors for blocks. It would help seeing the pages and move blocks. Again, when having many pages it would become easier to move pages around.

    With these 3 features included, that plugin will be (in my opinion) the best for page order management.
