[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] Page order not always working

Moving pages up and down in the tree view are not always reflected correctly. For example, if I have adjacent pages with order numbers that are consecutive, adding a page in between them will not (cannot?) change the order pages for the other two to make room for the new one in the middle… and if they end up sharing the same number, WP will show them live arranged alphabetically. Hope I am explaining this clearly…
Feature request: To help manually rectify issue above, would be useful if the nice context menu that appears on mouse-over (showing Edit | View, etc.) to also show the Page Order #, in an editable field.
